We are a specialist facilities management business delivering support services to Universities and Student Accommodation buildings across the UK.
An exceptionally organised Contract Administrator is now required in Sheffield to support the management team in the delivery of a new 3 year contract. Candidates must have experience from a hospitality/accommodation background
Equally important as your strong organisational skills and administration excellence is the ability to be “calm under fire” and keep our customer fully informed and confident with our service delivery.
Experience of supporting a multi-task on site team is very much preferred - although if you are awesome - not essential. Candidates must have great communication skills, be very flexible, and have a totally positive attitude and a great sense of humour.
A good understanding and competence with Excel etc
We will undertake a Criminal Records Bureau check and the job is dependent upon suitable references.
The hours required are typically 35-40 hours per week.
The rate of pay is £20k per annum
