Price reflects small crack to plastic (see pictures) which does not affect use and the fact that the cutting pads are well used (also totally usable, I think all cutting pads look like this very quickly although you can buy new if wanted). Feel free to come and look as I never actually used this (bought from a friend but never needed in the end) so will not be able to answer technical questions :) no box or instructions although these are downloadable online.
