Vantastec Poly Shield Conversion

All standard vans are internally converted and sold with our Vantastec poly shield conversion lining. The poly shield lining conversion is carried out by our own team of qualified engineers.
Every van conversion on our off the shelf product is finished in our Vantastec poly shield Grey.
Customers may also have the opportunity to order a bespoke conversation, choosing from a selection of Vantastec Poly shield Colours.
The poly shield lining conversion is a thick urethane coating which offers UV stability. It has many uses and benefits because of its flexibility and strength with in the transport industry.

The poly shield conversion finish allows the lining to be free from bacteria, the lining can be fully pressure washed to keep cleaning time down to the minimum.
Vantastec has used this product with many of our customers vehicle conversions including those working in the food service industries, Water authorities, Chemists, welfare vehicles, chemical waste, hospitals, home food deliveries, Dog vans and Asbestos mobile vehicles just to name a few.
With this durable, tough and hard wearing product it will also stand up to reasonable impacts with out damage.
