Hi everyone,
There are many environmental and social problems caused by our behaviour as a rich country, but sometimes it is complicated to know what we can really do to reduce them or even have the motivation to make some small changes.
This informal community group aims to discuss and ease these difficulties. If there are people interested to know more about it and be more responsible for our actions please join us.
The idea is to contribute to the great work carried out by the Transition Linlithgow group, with
weekly informal meetings about these topics. There is no fee or obligation to attend all of the meetings. Our discussion topics will depend on the interests of participants. They can be among the following: food, transport, consumerism, energy, etc
I am currently studying towards my degree in environmental studies and I think this is a good way to refresh all the knowledge I have gained throughout the course. I also hope to motivate myself to make some changes that will have fewer social and environmental negative impacts.
