I have a wooden two floor cat penthouse! The ground floor is cosy and enclosed with a small opening and the top floor has open sides like a balcony with a roof for shade and little steps going up!
Bought last year for ?70 and my diva cats wont use it! (to be fair, they have many places to shelter)
So if your cat needs a shelter from the rain, or shade from the sun or a lookout point, it\'s yours for ?20
