Part-time Nanny (after-school) for 3 primary children
Description
We’re a flexible family of 5 with 3 children aged 8-11, looking for a part-time nanny to care for the children 4 afternoons a week, in the Marchmont/Grange area of Edinburgh.
Hours, 20 per week:
Monday & Tuesday: 2-8
Wednesday & Thursday: 2-6
Additional babysitting and hours in school holiday available, by mutual agreement.
(These could be varied to suit the right candidate)
Role:
• Collection from local primary school
• Taking and collecting from various Clubs
• Overseeing homework
• Playing/spending fun time with children, helping them to develop social skills.
• Keeping children’s rooms tidy and clean and children’s laundry
• Healthy menu planning, shopping and preparing dinner four days a week
Candidate:
• A trustworthy, reliable and diligent person who will add to our children’s development and life experiences.
• Prior professional experience with children is essential
• Decent cooking & meal planning skills
• Non-smoker.
• Excellent English required.
• Driving license helpful although not essential.
• Must be available for at least 12 months.
• Indefinite leave or EU Passport only.
Package: Negotiable depending on experience but willing to pay well for right person. Paid holidays.
Start date: August 2016.
