What are my fees?
Maths 1-2-1 tuition - From 30 per hour depending on location
11 Plus 1-2-1 tuition - From 40 per hour depending on location
Hello there, my name is Nev and I am a patient, friendly qualified mathematics teacher, who has over 8 years of experience in tutoring children and adults from primary up to A-Level - on a 1-2-1 basis and online. I work closely with individual students in order to raise their level of attainment. There is not a, one size fits all approach to teaching and learning, so I make sure that all of my student's have their private tuition tailored to their individuals needs.
I have coached several students who have gone on to pass their 11 Plus exam - some have even won very generous scholarships.
When am I available?
Currently, I am available during the daytime, evening and weekends.
How are my lessons structured?
The first lesson will involve an assessment and target setting - I use the results from the first assessment to plan lessons that the student is able to access. Homework will be set for every lesson and I work cohesively with parents to make sure that it is completed. Students are assessed every 6 - 7 weeks.
