Help us take our successful Trusts and Grants team to the next level.
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced individuals to become senior members of our Trusts and Grants Team.
You will initiate, develop and implement fundraising proposals that match the needs of disabled people with new or existing donors; and proactively seek out and develop meaningful relationships with charitable trusts, foundations and grant-giving bodies.
You will also help influence our donors and supporters to change attitudes towards disability, and show what can really be achieved with funding.
We are looking for two candidates with relevant fundraising experience, exceptional communication, relationship building and organisational skills. Above all a can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility are key.
One role-holder will be based in our Head office at Papworth Everard, Cambridge; the other can be based in one of our offices based in Papworth Everard, Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds.
Papworth Trust offers flexible working hours, free onsite parking and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days (plus bank holidays), as well as a well-established workplace pension scheme. Occasional work from home may be required, as will some independent travel between our sites.
