Description
A great position has arisen working as a Nanny for a large family living in Oxshott, Surrey looking to employ a Live in Nanny for their 6 children who are ranging from 4 to 17 years old. This is a busy household so would suit a experienced Nanny who is organised & won't be fazed working in a fast paced environment. They also employ a full time Daily Housekeeper & a Personal Assistant. The Nanny & Housekeeper work very closely together so applicants who are good team players need only apply.
Duties would include taking 4 of the children to one school & picking them up at 2 different times in the afternoon. There is alternative transport arranged for other 2 children who go to a different school. The Nanny must be able to cook fresh, healthy & well balanced meals for the children, work alongside the Housekeeper in keeping the children’s rooms clean & tidy & their laundry up to date. Organising the children’s day to day activities etc.
The Nanny needs to be a confident driver. A staff car is available for work.
Working hours are 7am- 7pm Monday to Thursday & 9am-5pm on Sunday. Friday & Saturdays are the Nanny’s days off. Although the Mother is around she likes to let the Nanny take sole charge when on duty. Due to the Father’s work commitments flexibility might be required if the Parents need to go away on a business trip.
In order for the household to run smoothly it is important that the Nanny has good organisational skills & time management. Applicants must have a good command of written & spoken English in order to assist with homework.
A separate flat is provided for the Nanny with it’s own entrance, kitchen, living room & ensuit double bedroom.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
