I am renting a flat right on Byres Rd. in the West End beginning this week through the end of December, and am in need of a flatmate. It's an excellent location for Glasgow Uni students, right in the thick of things and very close to Hillhead Subway Station and the Glasgow Botanic Gardens. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, and sociable but fairly quiet in the late hours. You would have your own large room, with a shared bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The rent is £800 a month total, so £400 each, plus utilities. There is a one month deposit requires which we would split.
Please let me know if you are interested! This would be ideal for Erasmus students as the lease would just cover a single semester. The landlord is also flexible if you need to stay for a couple weeks into Jan. 2017.
