Has excellent transport links (2 mins walk to Cessnock tube station and bus stop, City centre 10 mins by local transport).
Room is king size in excellent condition in four bedroom ground floor flat. Flat is recently refurbished with new bathroom, shared good sized kitchen and storage cupboard. The flat has gas central heating, secure entry and free on street parking out the front of the flat.
The flat is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet etc and all kitchen items (white goods included).
The flat is great and huge and the area is quiet with great neighbours, you would be really happy to live here :)
