Hello,

I'm a 27 year old professional who is looking for a new flatmate as my friend has gone travelling.

It's a lovely flat in a great location. The Downs can be seen from the front lawn, Whiteladies Road is a 10 minute walk, the Triangle a 15 minute walk and Clifton Suspension Bridge is 1 mile away. As well as being close to main bus routes on Whiteladies Road, the number 8/9 buses stop directly outside the flat.

I work in charity finance and spend a lot of my evenings out being sporty including running 3-4 times a week. My ideal flatmate is someone who is quite outgoing too and would be up for cooking together or having people around for dinner.
