GHA SWAP PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION:
I HAVE:
Upper 4 in a block (side door) 2 bed. Enclosed, private side and private rear garden. Driveway space for 2 cars (needs slabbed) with dropped kerb. I also have a communal drying area to main back garden shared with lower flat. Very private and not immediately overlooked to front or back of property.
Quiet crescent, so no thru traffic, good neighbours, a number of them who've been here 30-40+yrs. G51 area.
I am looking to move as my son is autistic, the layout and fact it's an upper cottage is unsuitable.
LOOKING FOR: A 3 or 2 bed, ground level 4 in block, or preferably a split level end terrace, or semi. Must have private garden area.
G51, G52, G53 areas required as need to be close to Hillington school. No flats, high rises.
