Hi,
I'm a young professional male currently living and working in England. My grandfather has just been diagnosed with cancer so I'm looking to rent a room for a few months so I can visit him more regularly during treatments. I will only be staying when I'm in Belfast a maximum of five nights a month. Most likely less. If you have a spare box room that is not being used and fancy a bit of extra cash, we could work something out. I'm exceptionally clean, I'm considerate, and was previously a lodger for two years with the same landlady for two years. I really just need a bed in the room and that's it. I'd like to get this sorted ASAP due to the circumstances. Please get in touch!
