Easygoing professional looking for HONEST landlord/flatmates

Hi folks, Tom here, a 39 y. o. professional. I`m looking for a room (single/double) somewhere close to Elephant & Castle (Old Kent Rd)

I`m very easygoing & friendly - have been living in flatshares for more than a decade and so I know and employ all the usual cohabitation rules - being considerate, clean and respectful of other people`s space (and expect the same in return :)

I`m 39 but get along equally well with twenty-to-seventy-somethings.

I don`t have any special requirements apart from: sanity of the flatmates, a non-party house, lack of roach/bedbug infestation, hole in the roof, etc, etc :) Need space for a bicycle though.

Also, no scammers and dishonest people please - I know the law and I`m not an easy target.
