This sturdy and well-built treadmill has an easy to read and easy to use console that measures the speed, distance and calories burnt. Speed can be adjusted via buttons on the handles which are also capable of reading the runner's pulse.
The York Aspire has a comfortable running surface of 130 x 41cm and offers a maximum speed of 16km/h (10mph.)
It has an adjustable elevation of 0-12%, and 15 incline levels so you can vary your run.
There are seven user programmes; six that can be manually set by the user and one pre-set programme
