Description
Workshop chassis and bodywork service to protect 4 x 4's from rusting. Age of vehicle not important.
Examples in these photographs show 2 Land Rovers which are 40 years apart in age.
Series 111 diesel was built in 1976 and has done well so far and after some chassis treatment, it should still be around for a long time.
Defender Heritage Special Edition was built in 2015 and has had the chassis and rear cross-member treated which should keep it in good condition for many years, provided it gets an occasional top-up of waxoyl every couple of years.
No more Land Rover Defenders are being built since the factory closed in December 2015.
