Summer house for sale, roughly 8ft x 10ft.
Needs some tlc.. See pictures. Roof is likely to need re-felting as previous owner didn't. There has been a small leak, so walls may have a little water damage, but not a lot.. Again see picture.
Buyer needs to collect and dismantle. Selling due to needing more space.
