This is a WINTERISED Caravan with full LPG gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, Thicker Walls (Double Insulated) and additional underfloor insulation. Need this if you intend to stay in it during the winter period.
It is onsite at our house and needs to be moved. We used it during our new house build.

Accommodation comprises of the following:-
• Lounge
• Dining Area
• Kitchen
• Main bathroom (Shower, sink and toilet)
• Main Bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom (toilet and sink)
• Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double.

Sleep 6 with additional double bed folding into main seating area in the lounge

The Caravan is currently on site at Leysmill, Arbroath with all utilities hooked up and ready for any inspection.
