Hi everyone! There's a room in my flat that'll be available on September 1st. The room is very small and comprises a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's no living-room in the flat so the only common area is the kitchen, which is also the smoking area. You'd be sharing with two professionals in our 30s (male and female). We'd like someone in our age range. So please do not reply if you're in your 20s. The rent is £400 per month and includes all bills. The deposit is £330.
