The house is a cosy Victorian terrace 7 bed family house hold. I live there with my wife, our 3yr-old daughter and two small dogs. We also let a few of the rooms out.

The single bedroom available is the smallest/cheapest of all the bedrooms in the house which suits some but not others.

We have had various people in there in the past for as short as a month or long as a few years.

The house has decent WiFi and decked garden space. There are several cafes and parks in the area. SE4 2JT

Nearest stations are Brockley (East London line tube/ rail to London Bridge) and Nunhead (rail to City Thames Link/ Blackfriars)
