Description
We have a double room available in a 2 bedroom flat. The rent is 400 pounds per month including of all bills (wireless broadband, heating, electricity, council tax, water, TV license etc). The house is on Shelton Street. It takes you 5 min walking to Victoria Shopping Centre/, 2 min to ALDI
The flat is newly refurbished-new kitchen, bathroom,carpet, laminate floor and brand new furniture, curtains etc.
We have renovated the house to the highest standards.
All tenants are working full time and they are professionals, friendly people.
As landlords we make sure that we provide the same conditions to tenants as the one we wish to live in. Therefore the house is ALWAYS warm, clean, quite and a wonderful place to live.
We pay for a cleaner to come once every 2 weeks and clean all shared areas such as bathroom&toilets, kitchen and dinning area, corridors, windows etc.
We also buy toilet paper, washing up liquids, soaps, bin bags (all shared stuff) and there are included in your rent.
References and deposit of 200 pounds is required.
