Hi, I'm a 4th year student at Strathclyde and have put down a deposit on this flat in Dennistoun.
I'm looking for someone who is easy going and will feel at home in the flat, but also keep it clean and tidy.
The bills are not included in the rent but they should be quite cheap since the flat is a new build.
If theres anything else you want to know please ask!
