The student should be clean, cooperative and understanding. Its suitable for students at Kings building mostly and its only 20 min walk. The room has a reading table, a chair, chest of drawers, wardrope free matress and bed. The house has a spacious sitting and dinning room, a kitchen, laundry facilities toilet, bathroom and a large compound. Gas, electricity and internent provided. Monthly pay of only 370 pounds including all bills. A 300 deposit is required that would be refunded when leaving.
