I am a professional single young man seeking unfurnished (if possible) accommodation in or around the Chipping SodburyYate area. I am in full time employment and can give excellent character and financial references. I am flexible on dates, but ideally around the beginning of July, although I can rent before. I am a non smoker and have no pets. I have a car but can leave it at my workplace if necessary. I have recently come back from working in Australia and now need reliable accommodation close to my work place. Anything considered :)
