Hi there I am writing to complain about private number plates I bought mine and paid for it now every time I change my car, I have to pay again this cannot be right it is like paying for a used garment over and over in Canada when you register a car for the first time you get your plate and that\'s yours for life easy to check on and you just keep moving it why can\'t we have that scheme so much easier or is it just that it is a way for the government to make money please answer
