Also, this won’t work for you unless your motivation levels aren’t at least 8 out of 10 right now.

My name is Gordon McCrorie. I have an honours degree in exercise & health science. I'm an NLP and behaviour therapy coach and I have trained specifically to help women change their lives. This is what motivates ME!
I’ve worked as a personal trainer for over 7 years and specialise in helping women get fit, lose weight and feel great. You can expect:

FEES
After all this you wouldn’t expect me to be the cheapest – I’m far too good for that, but then again I’m not as expensive as you might think either.
4 Sessions - £160
10 Sessions = £350
AVAILABILITY
8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
8am – 10am Saturday
