Van was new in 2005 and had one owner before we bought it in 2011 and had it converted by Race Passion.
This is now registered as a motor home following the conversion rather than still a van. The motor home is fully insulated and equipped with the following:
240v hook up and on board battery power
Gas blow air heater (gas bottle secured in the garage)
Hot and cold water with onboard water tank
Gas oven, hob and grill
Compact wash basin with hot and cold water
Fridge/ freezer
Thetford fixed toilet with electric flush (waste tank accessible from garage)

GH Awning
Double bed above garage and sofa slides out in to double bed.
The garage has been used to transport a racing track bike and bouncy castles with all accessories over the last 2 years. It also accommodates the awning poles which were cut especially to fit the garage. There are lights and electrical points in the garage too.
GH heavy duty wind out awning fitted in July 2011. This is 4.5m by 3.5m all in white with a silver skirt along the van. A torsion bar fits under the canopy and it has storm bars to create a lower frame. This takes two people approximately 40 minutes to put up in it's entirety and is so simple to construct and pack away.
