Overview:
This is a great role with progression available, the ideal canditate will speak either german or french or be able to email via the use of Google translate
The International Customer Service role involves resolving customer service issues and providing exceptional customer service. Pricing updates and invoicing are also included in the role. There is also a number of reports and records to keep up to date.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Import Orders
Twice daily import of orders into our in house system
Send invoices, credits, upon request.
Resolves Customer Service problems:
Checks emails at least twice every hour and take necessary action.
Checks order status upon request and provides tracking information.
Traces lost/damaged shipments.
Reviews customer claims of shortages.
Handles return requests, issue Return Authorization Numbers and completes return instructions.
Listens to customer and solves problems by promoting customer satisfaction.
Communicates with Supervisor about:
Non-routine and unusual customer concerns.
Failure to meet customer commitments.
Individual training requirements.
