I've had the laptop for 2 years, selling as I am upgrading. It functions like new, I have never experienced any issues with it. In terms of appearance, it looks like it has just come out of the box, with the exception of a few minor scratches on the lid. The battery life is still rather impressive, I can use it for a whole day at school and more. I bought it new for £400
