£500 a month includes the room and all bills. The room is furnished but i will clear the room out if you have your own furniture. There is a privet bathroom that will be yours and yours alone. There is a garage for storage and privet off road parking. There is a beautiful garden a shared living room and kitchen. All normal white goods such as washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.
Please only apply if you are full time employed.
There is no contracts but we will ask for the first months rent upfront.
This is a lovely very quite house and we are looking for someone who is respectful and clean.
