Dental Receptionist/ Nurse (Full/Part-time) Required for Private Practice (Dorset)
Description
We are looking for one or two persons as a permanent full/part time dental receptionist, and/or dental nurse with experience, to join our friendly and fully private dental practice.
The suitable candidate should;
• Have a welcoming personable manner, with great personal skills and be well presented.
• Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written, and be friendly and outgoing.
• Have great administration skills.
• Have good managerial skills.
• Have excellent IT skills, and be familiar with dental software, preferably with a good working knowledge of Software of Excellence.
• Be proactive and will take their own initiative - we encourage self-starters.
• Ideally be flexible, and be willing to carry out additional duties to support the practice.
• Be able to work in a responsible and reliable manner even when under pressure.
• Ideally the candidate would be GDC registered nurse, as the role may require dental nursing (however this is not essential for the role).
Duties will include:
• Managing the day to day running of the practice.
• Meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, managing calls, and general administration duties.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks.
• You will be a valuable member of the team undertaking CQC Compliance, updating policies and carrying out required audits.
• The role may include other areas such as designing and producing advertisements, graphic design, and other areas as required.
• If GDC registered nurse the role will require dental nursing as needed.
Working hours will include:
Monday – Friday 8:45am-5:00pm.
Offering good rates of pay, dependant on experience.
