My clients main work is commercial refurbishments to small shops, offices, industrial units etc.
We are looking for a Contracts Manager who has lots of experience within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, reliable, hard-working, happy to travel around the country, good team player, but also able to work on own initiative.
Good decision maker who works well with Senior Management as well as with the operatives on site.
Working on various contract ranging from 50k to 500k.
This is a permanent position, with a salary to be discussed upon application.
